I recently upgraded from Office to Office distributed by my university. I also experience this same lag when I attempt to click tabs in the top ribbon bar Home, Insert, Design. Another weird issue I experience is the minimize, maximize, and close icons disappear when toggling between maximize and restore down. While the screen is maximized the icons are there but are visually missing when restore down is clicked. The buttons are still there while in restore down but are not visual.
